Why this program 

Dating can feel like a vicious cycle. Constantly scrolling and going on date after date, only to be left feeling fatigued with no real prospects. So, you almost give up, stop dating, or worse, settle for a situationship that doesn’t fulfill you.

But it doesn't have to feel this way.

You can learn to date in a way that feels good, lets you enjoy other parts of your life, and meet exciting, new people. That’s why I created the Anti-Burnout Dating to help you set the foundation for a prosperous dating life.

How it works

Week 1: Dating & Relationship Goals

In the first session, we’re getting clear on your needs, wants, and goals. Paired with my “Who Are They, Who Are We” exercise, we will uncover the type of relationship you‘re looking for. We’re setting intentions, clearing the cobwebs, and prioritizing traits, characteristics, and lifestyles to look for on dates and profiles that align with your goals.

Week 2: Dating App Reboot + Boundaries

We’re putting intentions into action! We’ll choose ONE dating app that aligns with you and your goals. Dating apps have their cons, but in this session, we learn how to use the pros to our advantage. Using success-proven techniques, we will refresh your pictures, prompts, and settings to attract like-minded matches. Before you start swiping, we will create an app strategy that doesn’t take over your dating life.

Week 3: Dating Strategy + Swipe Practice

Practice makes ~almost~ perfect! The focus of this session is to date smarter by using your time on the apps sufficiently. Stop missing potential quality matches and get from match to date as soon as possible. Now enters IRL dating… We’ll start finding missed opportunities to meet people in person, prioritize “ME” time, and learn how to implement them into your life in tandem with the dating app.

Week 4: Create a Sustianable Dating Plan

In our final session, we will make a dating plan for you to continue following in the coming months. Expect to take action in this session! We will complete the Mindful Dating Week Schedule exercise, book IRL events, check back in with the dating app strategy, and set foundational dating tools for you to use going forward.

Stay accountable after the program!

Stevie will check in with you via email a month after your final session to make sure you are sticking to your dating strategy and continuing to manage burnout.

Hi, I’m Stevie! Certified Dating Coach, Author, and creator of Anti-Burnout Dating. A dating strategy sourced from my personal dating experience. Through trial and error, I learned which tools worked, which didn’t, and which dating habits must be personalized for each dater.

I was a late bloomer, a casual dater, a situationshipper. I even dabbled in some FWBs. But my transition to long-term dating is what allowed me to find the relationship I was looking for.

FAQ

  • Sessions are a safe space to work through dating challenges or situations. Each session begins with talking about your dating wins and/or your homework completed before the session. From there, we work through a current challenge or situation with perspective and mindfulness work. We create a personal goal and a realistic action plan for you to begin taking steps to work through the challenge. Throughout our sessions, you will develop new tools and shifting perspectives that help you develop stronger communication and advocacy skills.

  • I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Trained and Certified Life Coach through the Academy of Creative Coaching. I received my Dating Coach Certification through Hart Coaching Academy. 

  • Client success is an accumulation of actions taken in their dating life and confidence-building. There is no guarantee that you will find your partner after a certain amount of time, or during our work together. However, I guarantee sessions will guide you to make decisions that will lead you to the relationship you’re dating for.

  • Coaching is about taking action! Coaching helps you find the solution and develop an action plan to make your goals a reality. You will develop healthier dating practices and tools to help you overcome dating challenges, make choices that are best for you, and grow in confidence

  • My sessions are primarily online via Zoom. However, I offer occasional in-person sessions when requested. I love meeting my clients in person and working with each individual to create a space that works best for them. If you’re interested in my in-person sessions, please let me know.
