Why this program
Dating can sometimes feel like a vicious cycle. We’re constantly scrolling, trying to meet people IRL, and going on date after date, only to be left feeling fatigued with no real prospects. We feel out of control, almost giving up on dating or, worse, settling for a situationship that doesn’t fulfill us. But it doesn't have to feel this way.
We can control the controllable and create a sustainable, enjoyable dating life that aligns with our goals and reach them! That’s why I created this program to help set the foundation for a prosperous dating life. One that calls in the relationship you’re looking for.
And most importantly, we don’t have to burn ourselves out to find it. What we need are personalized tools that work for us, a strategy for putting in sustainable effort, and a true understanding of the relationship we’re looking for!

How it works
Week 1: Dating & Relationship Goals
In the first session, we’re getting clear on your needs, wants, and goals. Paired with my “Who Are They, Who Are They” exercise, we will uncover the type of relationship you‘re looking for. We’re setting intentions, clearing the cobwebs, and prioritizing traits, characteristics, and lifestyles to look for on dates and profiles that align with your goals.
Week 2: Communication & Boundaries
We’re taking what we learned in the first session and taking it a step further. We’re creating date boundaries and communication tools for you to feel empowered on dates and stay consistent with follow-through. In this session, we will create pre- and post-date rituals, create date time/schedule boundaries, prep interesting date ideas, and prep texts for anti-ghosting and follow-ups.
Week 3: Prioritizing Dating Efforts
Now it’s time to create sustainable dating efforts. The big “E”! This is where we start to dig into dating burnout. We’ll create a manageable dating schedule that aligns with your goals. Balance dating apps, single-dating events, and meeting people organically that fit into your schedule. P.S. Compromises ahead, but don’t worry, we will factor in ME time.
Week 4: Choose Your Focus!
Pick 1: Create a Dating App Strategy + Profile Cleanse
Pick 2: Create an IRL Dating Strategy
Choose what we focus on in the last session! End the program with tools and tips that best align with you. If you want to focus on your dating app presence, we will do a profile cleanse with new photos, prompts, and account settings to bring in the best matches. Paired with intentional swiping and commenting practice, scripts for making dates, and going from match to date.
Or let’s create an IRL strategy that works for you! Find ways to practice your social muscles, how to make the first move and be open to new people, work through fear of rejection, and create a follow-through plan to go from meet-cute to date.

Sessions are your safe space to work through dating/relationship challenges or situations, while simultaneously working towards a goal of mindful and confident dating. Each session begins with talking about your dating wins and/or your reflection homework completed before the session. From there, we work through a current challenge or situation with perspective and mindfulness work. We create a personal goal and a realistic action plan for you to begin taking steps to work through the challenge that aligns with you. Throughout our sessions, you will develop new tools and shifting perspectives that help you develop stronger communication and advocacy skills. You will find clarity on your intentions and values leading to relationships that align with who you are and where you want to be!

I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Trained and Certified Coach through the Academy of Creative Coaching. My training included over 70 hours of coaching training and mentorship. I have over four years of experience in the dating industry, after founding my dating wellness platform, The City of Dating, (named after my memoir) in 2021. Since then, I have been writing a dating advice column, and speaking on my dating expertise and knowledge across multiple outlets, including podcasts, sex and relationship publications, events, and more. I’m continuing my studies and certifications through additional hours, studies, and volunteer work.

I calculate my success rate with how my clients feel and take action after a program or session with me. There is no guarantee that you will find your partner after a certain amount of time after or during our work together. However, I guarantee sessions will guide you to make decisions that align with your unique path to the relationships you desire. Client success is an accumulation of actions taken in their dating life and relationships that align with them. For example, initiating meeting someone in person, starting vulnerable conversations, successfully sharing their intentions or feelings, advocating for their wants, and being the driver of their dating/relationship goals.

Coaching is about taking action! It is not direct advice for how you should act or say. Instead, the sessions encourage you to find the confidence and solutions that already live within you. You hold all the answers to the challenges you face (though it may not feel like it now). Coaching helps you find the solution and develop an action plan to make your goals a reality. Coaching will help you develop healthier dating practices and tools to help you overcome dating challenges, make choices that are best for you, and grow in confidence.

Change starts with you! My clients are motivated and open-minded to developing new dating tools and perspectives that lead them to the relationships they desire. They are ready to put the time and effort into improving their communication and advocacy skills. Coaching is all about growth. I ask my clients to be open to feedback and challenged thinking. Clients are not only ready to find the right relationship and partner, they are ready to grow as an individual.

My sessions are primarily online via Zoom. However, I offer occasional in-person sessions when requested. I love meeting my clients in person and working with each individual to create a space that works best for them.
